VuNet Systems is cool in that it uses machine learning algorithms that enable enterprises to map their business processes and track business-impacting KPIs, while providing visibility at a transaction level. The product, vuSmartMaps, works with very large heterogeneous datasets, and uses partial patterns and models to interpret that data while leveraging machine learning techniques to assemble fuller models based on the data (see “Market Guide for AIOps Platforms”). This is a departure from traditional discovery tools that start with relatively small datasets and rely on pre- existing, static models to interpret the data.
